Throughout his career, Neil has demonstrated a proven track record of successfully closing a diverse range of transactions, including significant in- and out-licensing agreements, strategic research collaborations, transformative mergers and acquisitions, as well as crucial private and public capital raising initiatives. Neil has held officer and executive roles at Boundless Bio, Cidara Therapeutics, Trius Therapeutics, Emerging Growth Capital, and earlier evolving roles at Avanir Pharmaceuticals, Ionis Pharmaceuticals, and Neurogen.
