Bio:

Avirup received his Ph.D. in Chemistry from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and currently leads corporate development at InduPro Inc and serves on the executive leadership team. In this role he leads business development and other corporate functions. He began his biotech career at Novartis, spending 18 years in drug discovery, portfolio management, and business development. He later held senior BD roles at Chinook Therapeutics—acquired by Novartis. Prior to joining Indupro, Avrirup served as Chief Business Officer at Iktos, leading global software sales and BD professionals. Outside of work, he enjoys cooking and long bike rides.
